What makes it modular?

Modular homes are built in factory sections to applicable state and local building codes and assembled on site. The specific home configuration and site requirements must be confirmed for your location.

Look at the complete project

Review the selected plan, foundation design, site access, setting work, utilities, finishes and any local approvals. Compare complete written scopes when weighing modular and site-built options.

Planning for long-term value

Ask your lender and appraiser how your proposed modular home will be evaluated, including comparable sales. An appraisal or future appreciation cannot be guaranteed.

Begin with a verified plan reference

Cavco lists the Beaumont 32784T and 32784S in its Gold Medal Series as manufactured or modular. Ask Ryan to confirm the configuration, ordering options and availability for your delivery location.
